    GotNap settings

    GotNap provides indexing service for opennap and SlavaNap (and other compatible) servers. Without GotNap users won't be able to know which servers are online. To see current list of servers on GotNap click here.

    First of all you need a host name. If you don't have a permanent host name, you can register one at DynDNS or at NO-IP. These services are free.

    If you are using router or firewall you need to configure firewall so you would be able to accept incoming connections on port where you run SlavaNap.

    Then you need an account at GotNap. Go to signup page on GotNap and create account.

    Start your server, and browse to GotNap login page.
    Click on "Server(s)" (on left.) Then click where it says "To add a new server click here." Enter your server hostname, console nick, and port. Select a value for line speed and click "add server" button. Now, open SlavaNap settings and select Main Settings -> GotNap.

    You must click the "Change" button for any settings change(s) to take effect.

    List of settings:
    Remote host - host name for GotNap stats server. Should be "stat.gotnap.com"
    Remote port - port for GotNap stats server. Should be 8890.
    User - This is the name emailed to you by GotNap for this server. Check your email :)
    "Enter password" button - password is hidden for security reasons. Click on that button to change password. This password is in the GotNap email.
    Report port - server's port. If you run server on several ports enter any of those ports here.
    custom ip - if you are using router sometimes you need to report another ip to GotNap. Put your ip here. If you don't use router or don't need to redirect ip leave this edit field empty.
    Delay - Set the interval between sending stats to GotNap.
    Enable - Check this box to report to GotNap.
    "Disconnect" button - if you are connected to GotNap, clicking on this button will disconnect you from GotNap server. Server may still be listed for several minutes.
    Auto-disconnect when server is full - this option might be used to avoid server overload.
